Give your team hours back every week, with AI they’ll actually use.
Red Rocks AI Coaching finds the repetitive work in each person’s job and coaches them one-on-one to hand it off to AI. Local, practical, no tech background required.
Remote coaching for small businesses globally available. Onsite visits available in the Pittsburgh area.
The problem
AI could save your team time. So why isn’t it?
Some of your people use AI. Most don’t.
Usage is scattered, untrained and unmeasured.
Generic training doesn’t stick.
In a small business, everyone’s job is different, so a one-size workshop wastes half the room.
You’re worried about your data.
Without clear rules, staff may paste customer information into public AI tools.
How it works
We don’t teach “AI” - we coach your people.
We find the repetitive work in each person’s job and coach them, one-on-one, to hand it off to AI.
Step 1: AI Opportunity Assessment
We talk with you and your team, map the repetitive tasks in each role, and give you a prioritized list of the best AI wins.
Step 2: One-on-one coaching
Each employee gets coaching built around their job: their emails, reports, quotes and documents. They leave with prompts and workflows they can reuse every day.
Step 3: Make it stick
Optional monthly office hours keep the habits going and keep your team current as tools change. If we find something worth fully automating, Red Rocks can build it.
Examples
What this looks like in real jobs
A few examples of the everyday work people hand off to AI. Your team’s list will be specific to your business.
Office manager
Drafting customer emails and follow-ups in minutes instead of an hour, managing schedules, etc...
Project Manager
Status reports, slide decks, meeting minutes, risk logs and schedule updates drafted in minutes from your notes, so you spend your time managing the project instead of documenting it.
Owner
Turning meeting notes into action items and summaries. Strategic planning.
Sales / estimator
First drafts of quotes and proposals from a short description
Bookkeeper / admin
Cleaning up, summarizing, and in some instances automating spreadsheets
Marketing
A month of social posts and newsletter drafts from one brainstorm
Operations
Writing SOPs and training docs from a recorded walkthrough
Examples only, not promised results. For example, a 2-hour weekly report could take 20 minutes.

FAQ
Common questions
Do my employees need to be technical?
No. If they can write an email, they can do this. We start from the work they already do and build from there.
Which AI tools do you use?
Mostly mainstream tools like Grok, Claude, Google Gemini and ChatGPT. We work with what fits your business and budget, and many people start with free or low-cost versions.
Is our data safe?
Data safety is part of every engagement. The assessment includes a simple AI Usage Policy, and we coach your team on what should and shouldn’t go into AI tools.
Is this remote or in person?
Both. All coaching sessions are delivered remotely over video, so we can work with businesses anywhere in the US. For businesses in the Pittsburgh area, we also offer onsite kickoffs and workshops. Sessions are scheduled around your team’s time zone.
How fast will we see results?
Most people use something from their very first session in their job that same week.
What if AI isn’t a good fit for us?
The assessment will tell you honestly. If there aren’t meaningful wins, we’ll say so.
What about AI agents like Grok Bot?
Agents that work inside your apps, sending emails and updating systems on their own, are the next wave, and they’re promising. But most teams get far more value by mastering everyday AI first. When you’re ready, we’ll help you judge whether an agent makes sense for your business, and how to set it up safely.
